1. Training Needs
Assessment
IGBS invests significant resources
with you to assess the performance
gaps and training needs of the
employees. In addition we also
understand your industry and your
technical needs to qualify the right
trainer for the job.
2. Analysis and program design
A program proposal is presented with
suggestions on both content and
teaching methods. Once this approved
the trainer starts developing the
program based on the knowledge he
acquires from your organization.
3. Program Delivery
The programs are intense, practical,
and based on a high level of
participation, practice and
role-plays
4. Program Review
A comprehensive training review that
includes the trainer feedback, the
participants’ feedback on the
program, the material, the revenue
and the learning is summarized and
presented to management.
5. Post-Course Support
Participants or their management are
encouraged to come back to IGBS
management, trainers or consultants
with any application or business
questions related to the course for
three months after conducting the
course. |
